Statement date: September 2, 2026. Reviewed at least annually and whenever the site changes materially.
1.Our commitment
SAN Data Systems, Inc.(“SAN Data Systems”) is committed to making sandatasystem.ai accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we design, build, and review this site — not an afterthought — and we treat it as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project.
2.Standard we follow
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the same technical standard adopted by the U.S. Department of Justice in its rule on web and mobile accessibility under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (28 CFR Part 35, Subpart H), and it aligns with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. We apply it to the whole site, including our standalone campaign pages.
3.Conformance status
Following an accessibility review and remediation completed in September 2026, we believe sandatasystem.ai conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with the exceptions described under “Known limitations” below. Because the site is updated regularly, we re-test after significant changes and correct any issue we find or that is reported to us.
4.What we have done
Measures already in place on this site include:
- Text and interface colors checked against WCAG contrast minimums (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for interface boundaries and large text), including button labels and form fields.
- Full keyboard operability: a skip-to-content link on every page, a visible focus indicator, navigation menus that open by keyboard, and a mobile menu that keeps focus inside it until closed.
- Semantic structure: one main heading per page, a logical heading order, and header, navigation, main, and footer landmarks so screen-reader users can move around efficiently.
- Forms with visible labels, marked required fields, error and confirmation messages announced to assistive technology, and focus moved to the result after submitting.
- Meaningful alternative text on informative images and partner logos; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Links that open in a new tab say so for screen-reader users.
- Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting: scroll, parallax, and counting animations are disabled for people who have turned motion off.
- Descriptive, unique page titles, a declared page language, and captions-capable video embeds.
5.Known limitations
We are working to address the following. If any of these affects you, please contact us and we will provide the content in an alternative way.
- Embedded video: our product videos are hosted on YouTube and play in YouTube’s embedded player. Player controls and caption quality are governed by YouTube; where captions are automatically generated they may contain errors. We can provide a transcript on request.
- Third-party websites: links to our product sites (dairo.cloud, modernizex.ai, niriksha.ai) and to social networks lead to sites we do not fully control. Each publishes its own accessibility information.
- Photography: some background images are stock photography used decoratively. They carry no information and are hidden from assistive technology.
6.Compatibility
The site is built with standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA, and is designed to work with the current and previous major release of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile, together with common assistive technologies including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack, browser zoom up to 200%, and operating-system high-contrast and reduced-motion settings.
7.How we assess
We evaluate the site through a combination of automated testing (axe-core rules run in a real browser on every page template) and manual review: keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader walkthroughs, contrast measurement of our design tokens, and checks at 200% zoom and 320-pixel viewport widths. New pages and components go through the same checks before they ship.
8.Feedback and contact
If you encounter a barrier on this site, need information in an alternative format, or have a suggestion, we want to hear from you. We aim to respond within one business day and to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
